  • What lead you to write?

I always had a passion for writing even in college. I love writing as long as it piques my interest.

  • Was there a particular person that influenced you to pursue writing?

My girlfriend and co-workers influenced me to write. My girlfriend feeds my creative side and after watching either the end of The Sopranos or Boardwalk Empire, I told her I could do better. My co-worker suggested due to working overnights awake to be productive. So, I began writing on the overnights due to needed to be awake which assisted me.

  • What is your preferred genre to write?

Honestly, I don’t have preference and to be quite honest, I really don’t know where my book would fit in a particular genre. It has action, drama, suspense, mystery, soft erotica, and dark humor.

  • What is your favorite genre to read?

I prefer mystery.

  • What are your favorite activities or hobbies outside of work/writing?

I enjoy researching, road trips, listening to music, and playing video games.

  • Who is your favorite author and what do you enjoy about their writing style?

John Grisham due to his way to be able to paint a picture. I do enjoy other author’s work such as Robert Frost and Henry David Thoreau.

  • What is one major struggle you have with writing?

Too many ideas and time to sit down and write. Once I begin, I just can go without a care of time or responsibilities.

  • Out of all of your stories, which one did you most enjoy writing?

Well, I don’t have one I enjoy but they are all part of a series. In the beginning, I just wanted to write one book. It didn’t happen due to the creativity that motivated in writing more as well as my friends and family enjoyed the first book.

  • What projects are you currently working on?

Researching for a non-fictional novel about corruption and greed.

  • What has been one of your strongest inspirations for a story?

My girlfriend has been due to both of us have a dark sense of humor as well as Martin Scorsese.

  • Do you place any of your life experiences into your stories?

No. My book is based on nightmares, a dark sense of humor, and a sick twisted mind.

  • If your story could be made into a play or movie, what actor/actress do you think would be the perfect fit to play your mc?

I think Vincent Piazza would be a perfect fit for my mc due to having the look of a mobster.

  • If you had enough money to travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?

I would love to travel to Sicily.

  • What is the best advice you’ve ever received?

The best advice I ever received was to work hard because it pays off in the end.

  • What is your dream car?

My dream car is either a Ford Escape or a Cadillac Escalade.

  • What part of your writing is the most complimented?

The dialogues between the characters, the romance, and dark humor.

  • What part of your writing, do you feel, needs strengthening?

Well, unsure but, I think possible word choices.

  • What is your favorite mixed drink?

Well, I don’t drink. My favorite drink is from Dunkin’ Large Hazelnut Swirl ice coffee with 5 pumps of hazelnut swirl and extra cream.

  • What is one of your most cherished items in your writing space?

A vase the I put together for my girlfriend for our anniversary which has fake flowers and reeds to look the like something you find on the beach.

  • What is one thing in anything you’ve read that stood out to you? (Could be meaning or even just sentence structure.)

I’ll be honest, I’m not sure.

  • What advice would you give to someone trying to start building their platform and market their work?

Don’t give up and ignore the people holding you down. Stay motivated because one day you will be a success.

  • What is your favorite food?

Meatball Parmigiana which I make homemade and that is a comfort food for me. I enjoy making it and devouring it.

  • What is your favorite show/movie?

My favorite movie is a Bronx Tale and favorite show would have to be Family Guy.
